When you're hurting the most, what do you say to yourself?


Most of us badmouth ourselves pretty badly. There's no way we'd kick our loved ones like that when they're down. 😞


I ask my clients to tell me what they'd say to a loved one in the same situation.


The loving, kind, encouraging words easily tumble out.


"You're doing your best! You ARE great at your job, today was just one day. No one's perfect!". 🥰


Beautiful. Say that to yourself!


Everything you just said is true of you, too.


The most important cheerleader you'll ever have is YOU. 🤩


Pretend you're talking to a loved one ... what are the encouraging, kind words you're saying to yourself?
