Someone getting under your skin? Try this!

Ever catch yourself thinking, "I’d be so zen if it weren’t for that person driving me crazy!"? 🤣🤣


Life would be easier if we didn't let people push our buttons – whether it’s at work, with family, or even friends.


Here's a quick technique to help shift how you feel about someone who's stressing you out.


We all hold an internal 'map' of the people in our lives.


Their location, size, proximity and other factors of this internal model influence how we feel about them. The cool thing is we can change this mental model.


Close your eyes and picture the person in your mind’s eye. Where are they? Up high, to the left? Really close, in front of you?


Adjust them: shrink, move away, turn grey, or lower them. You can even imagine them in a silly outfit or change their features. Tweak until you feel more at ease.


It seems so simple, but it’s surprisingly powerful. Your mind will have shifted its automatic responses. Enjoy the extra space in your inner world! 🌈🌞
