Simple trick for happiness, focus and creativity

Updated: Nov 19, 2024

Why does smiling feel so darn good?! 😁

Turns out there’s some cool stuff going on in our bodies when we smile. Our brain releases feel-good chemicals like dopamine, endorphins, and serotonin.

We manage stress better, feel happier, grounded, and more connected. Smiling lowers blood pressure, boosts immunity, and helps with focus, creativity and even resilience.

Smiles are also "contagious." When we smile, people usually smile back - even if they’re secretly thinking, “she’s a bit strange.” 🤣

Smile at others, smile to yourself ... just smile! It's amazing how much lighter everything feels.

Smiling as I type this - go those feel-good chemicals!!! 😉😊
