Someone tearing you down?

One of my client's Dads undermines and belittles him.

It's been going on all his life, and it affects him and his career in not-awesome ways.

My magic wand can't make his Dad stop.

But what we can do is shift his focus to the people who lift him up ... starting with his amazing wife, his biggest supporter and encourager.

This is the strategy ...

When his Dad tries to drag him down, imagine his wife there with him. 😍

What kind, encouraging words she would say? What expression would she have on her face?

Dad: "You're wasting your time; they'll never hire you." 😠

Wife: "Go for it! Whether you land the job or not, I'm right behind you ...and I'm soooo proud of you!" 🥰

It won't happen overnight, but day by day, this imagination game will change his life!
