A new approach to challenging people

Need a strategy for spending time with others who aren’t "your kinda people"?
At work, we’re sometimes thrown together with personalities we wouldn’t choose to hang out with.
I’ve got a bit of this happening in my life right now, so I’ve been brainstorming.
The idea that feels best to me is gamifying finding the good in them! 😎🐵
Here’s my plan:
Actively find, appreciate, and amplify the good parts.
Downplay the parts that don’t resonate with me.
Why? Once we’ve labelled someone as “not my kinda person,” our brains will look for and find proof in every encounter with them! 🤯😬
But by looking for the good, we flip the script and build a new, more balanced mental model of them.
Could this game work for you?
Let the Finding the Good Games begin! 🎉💫
